Pssst! One for the ladies….
The Nail Social is a lovely little oasis in Haji Lane to get nails done and support a great social cause!
Co-founder, Cheryl Ou, and her team of lovely ladies do foot massages, manicures and pedicures (regular and gel) in their little 2 storey walk-up, complete with a small comfy corner perfect on the 3rd floor for girly catch-ups with drinks while waiting for turns. Each floor has 3 stations. Just in case you plan to bring a party of more than 3 people, know that you’ll be split between 2 floors while having your nails done.
They offer their own homemade lemonade but also offer a menu of coffee and tea beverages, soft drinks and beer.
Visited with a bunch of girlfriends as part of a hen party treat and boy, did we have a great time. The therapists are very diligent and cheerful, advising on colours and treatments. Check out their menu.

The social element involves training and employing local underprivileged women with a higher barrier to employment, so as to help them progress from a position of vulnerability to security and self-sufficiency. Cheryl and her co-founders hope to continue to engage this segment of society for sustainable impact and positive results, and look forward to including these women as part of their core team.
Proud member of The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raISE), their concept has received support from the Ministry of Social and Family Services.
